Our Story
ProFix Appliance Repair Chicago started in 2011 with a single technician and a used service van. Wesley Kowalczyk had spent nearly a decade repairing appliances for a regional chain and saw the same problem everywhere — customers waiting weeks for appointments, paying inflated prices, and dealing with technicians who couldn't even name the part they replaced.
He launched ProFix with a different model: neighborhood technicians who live near the customers they serve, fast same-day availability, and a flat-rate pricing structure that eliminates the guesswork.
Today ProFix Appliance Repair Chicago is Chicago's trusted appliance repair company, with a team of factory-trained technicians covering every zip code in the area.
